Lykkers, sunscreen is one of those skincare steps I want to be consistent with, but only if the texture feels right.

If it’s sticky, greasy, or too heavy, I’ll find excuses to skip it (which is obviously not ideal). So I’ve been sticking to sunscreens that feel more like skincare than sunscreen.

These two have been in my rotation lately, and they both give that lightweight, hydrating finish I actually enjoy wearing.

1. Jumiso Waterfull Hyaluronic Acid Sunscreen

This is the sunscreen I reach for when my skin feels dry but I still want something weightless. The texture feels super watery and smooth, almost like a lightweight moisturizer. It spreads easily and doesn’t leave that heavy layer I usually try to avoid in sunscreen. What I like most is how comfortable my skin feels throughout the day.

It gives a soft hydrated finish without making my face look shiny in an uncomfortable way. It just feels like my skin is naturally healthier. On busy mornings, this is usually the one I don’t have to think twice about.

2. Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel

This one has a very similar vibe, but feels slightly more gel-like and cooling on application. Whenever I use it, I notice how quickly it absorbs into my skin. It doesn’t sit on top or feel like a layer, which makes it really easy to pair with makeup afterward. I also like how balanced it feels—not too heavy, not too minimal.

Just enough hydration to keep my skin comfortable while still doing its job as sunscreen. This is the one I tend to grab when I want something simple, reliable, and everyday-friendly.

Jumiso feels a little more moisturizing and soft, while Isntree leans slightly more gel-light and fast-absorbing. Depending on my skin that day, I switch between the two without thinking too much. And that’s exactly what I want from sunscreen—something I don’t have to fight with. Lykkers, do you prefer sunscreens that feel like a moisturizer, or ones that disappear completely into the skin?
